Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. International/USA orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Local purchases (Niagara Falls, Ontario area) may be picked up from my studio without shipping costs.
All items are properly packed for protection during shipping. In the event the item is damaged during shipping, keep the original packing and contact us within 3 business days. We will need to file an insurance claim.
All sales of IMD One manufactured merchandise are final. We will repair or replace at our discretion. You must contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. The return package must be insured for the value of the item and have a tracking number.
